How to Access Your Email Account in cPanel Print

If your website or hosting service with Papsoo Digital includes email hosting, you can access and manage your business email accounts directly through cPanel.

This guide will show you how to locate your email accounts and open your inbox using Webmail.

Log In to cPanel Through Your Papsoo Digital Account

To access your email accounts, first log in to your Papsoo Digital Client Area.

1. Go to the Papsoo Digital Client Portal at:

   https://portal.digital.papsoo.com

2. Log in to your Papsoo Digital account.

3. From your Client Area, click Services.

4. Click My Services to view the services associated with your account.

5. Select the hosting service associated with the website or domain whose email you want to access.

6. On the service details page, look at the menu on the left side of the screen.

7. Click Log in to cPanel.

You will automatically be redirected to the cPanel dashboard for that hosting account.

Tip: Using the Log in to cPanel option from your Papsoo Digital Client Area means you normally do not need to enter a separate cPanel username and password.

Access Your Email Accounts

Once you are inside cPanel:

1. Scroll to the Email section.

2. Click Email Accounts.

3. You will see the email accounts associated with your domain.

For example:

info@yourdomain.com
support@yourdomain.com
contact@yourdomain.com

Open Your Email Inbox

To access a mailbox:

1. Find the email address you want to open.

2. Click Check Email next to the email account.

3. cPanel will open the Webmail interface.

4. Click Open to enter your mailbox.

From Webmail, you can send, receive, reply to, organize, and search your email messages.

Access Webmail Directly

If you already know your email address and password, you may also be able to access Webmail without going through cPanel.

Enter the following in your browser:

https://yourdomain.com:2096

Replace yourdomain.com with your actual domain name.

For example:

https://examplebusiness.com:2096

Then enter:

• Your full email address

• Your email password

Click Log in to access your mailbox.

Forgot Your Email Password?

If you can access cPanel but do not remember the password for an email account:

1. Go to Email → Email Accounts.

2. Find the email account.

3. Click Manage.

4. Locate the Security section.

5. Enter a new password.

6. Save your changes.

For security reasons, your existing email password cannot be displayed. If you do not remember it, you will need to create a new password.

Important: If the email account is already connected to Outlook, Apple Mail, a mobile phone, or another email application, you may also need to update the saved password on those devices after changing it.
